After burning and cooling, the candle surface may appear uneven – this is completely normal and a sign of 100% natural wax. Our candles are crafted from natural wax and high-quality fragrance oils, free from unnecessary additives. Caring for your candle and safety instructions
Never leave a burning candle unattended, even for a short period of time.
Always keep candles and open flames out of reach of children and pets.
Place your candle on a flat, stable, and, heat-resistant surface. Keep away from flammable items.
Burn your candle for up to 4 hours at a time. This helps to burn correctly.
After extended burning, the candle container may become hot – allow it to cool before touching.
Before each lighting, trim the wick to 0.5 cm to ensure a steady flame and burn.
Do not put out the candle by covering it with the lid – it traps heat and smoke. Put out gently with a snuffer.
Never extinguish candle with water or anu other liquid. This can cause hot wax to splatter and the container to break.
Let the candle cool fully before placing the lid back on to preserve fragrance and prevent condensation.
Place the lid on when the candle is not lit to preserve the scent and keep dust away.
Always make sure the wax pool is free of matches, wick trimmings, or any other debris before lighting your candle.
Stop using the candle when about 0.5 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
Ensure your candle is burning in a well-ventilated space to promote clean burning and reduce soot.
Avoid placing the candle in areas with a draft, as it can interfere with its burn quality and performance.
When burning multiple candles, space them to avoid uneven burn and overheating.
